Our temporary fix to the Indian Meal Moth problem is now over. Before the holidays, I asked a local Tupperware gal to come over for a visit. By the time Sonja arrived, I had already spent a ton of time cleaning out the mess, replacing all the lost food and storing everything in the containers we found at IKEA. The job wasn't too bad but I desperately needed air-tight containers to keep the horrible creepy crawlers out of our food. She was super organized. She wrote down by type, size and contents all that I needed to get our pantry back in order. I was all ready to put in our order when she notified me that a new color would be coming in January. It was called passion. How could I resist?? So I waited. We finally ordered everything and it arrived a couple of weeks later in two ginormous boxes. Super. A living room full of Tupperware. Although it was nice having it shipped directly to me, I had no clue what to do with it all. Since I didn't actually place the order, I wasn't even sure it was all there. So I emailed Sonja to let her know and to see if she had a list of what I should look for. She offered to come over and help me organize it all. I am home this week studying so it worked out perfectly. And better yet, when she got here, she literally took over and wouldn't let me help. I studied away while she quietly labeled and transferred our food out of the old and into the new. What service!! I did end up ordering a few more pieces to fill in some holes. It was hard to picture it all put together but I do have to say...it is really nice. I like to think that my obsession about organization is healthy. Just think how happy I will be now that everything has a place! The only sad thing is for all that hard work and wonderful service, there isn't one more thing I could be convinced to buy from the Tupperware product line. The Nascar Lunch Box and Barbie glassware was tempting but I held back. Here are the before and after pictures...
